Digital images are edited, and delivered to the client within 48hours of the event concluding. Additional images can be provided as a priority, these are often used for media releases or slideshows for an evening event.
Absolutely! You’ll receive both the high resolution files which are suitable for print, as well as a set of smaller files which are perfect for online use and sharing quickly and easily. None of the images are watermarked in any way.
Images will be provided to you via USB, and low resolution images are available for download by delegates via www.hieblphotography.com.au
I will photograph all relevant branding, logos and signage, wide shots of the venue with and without delegates, keynote speakers in action on stage (and off stage where possible), audience reactions and participation and I will also keep my eyes peeled for shots that may be useful to you for advertising or PR purposes, annual reports, staff newsletters etc.
I love to receive direction from my clients as it ensures you get exactly what you require. I will review the photography brief with you prior to the photoshoot to ensure that all elements can be captured.
Upon request, I often print and frame images, especially for award recipients from Gala Dinner Award Nights. These are a wonderful gift idea from the conference organisers to their VIP guests, a great way to remember their evening.
